Mike Poon, a member of Heilongjiang Province Committee of CPPCC, introduced his strategy for establishing a global aviation network to support Heilongjiang’s industry development when speaking at the 12th CPPCC Provincial Committee meeting.

To align with China's "One Belt One Road" strategy, as well as Heilongjiang's provincial initiatives, Poon is building a global platform for aircraft recycling with high technology to facilitate industry innovation, so as to support local aviation development by connecting local industry to the world. He also pointed out that he would leverage his experience in the global aviation industry to initiate innovative aviation financing, together with the industrial and financial resources to further develop the local aviation sector.

Mike Poon, founder and Chairman of Friedmann Pacific Asset Management Limited ("FPAM"), is a member of Heilongjiang Province Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (“CPPCC”), and Honorary President of Hong Kong Overseas Chinese Association.
